Wednesday – Broasted chicken and chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes w/cream gravy, buttered corn and rolls

 

Thursday – Red chili pork, beef flautas and green chili enchiladas, pinto beans, rice, fried potatoes, flour tortillas and chips w/salsa

 

Friday – Salisbury steak, baked pork loin w/raspberry sauce, potato casserole, glazed carrots and Texas toast
