Monday – Stuffed avocados (shredded chicken and seasoned beef), red cheese enchiladas, chili relleno, refried beans, rice and chips w/salsa

 

Tuesday – Meatloaf and Baked Monterey Chicken, fried country potatoes, Steamed california veggies and biscuits

 

Wednesday – Broasted Chicken and chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy, buttered corn and rolls

 

Thursday – Turkey and dressing, glazed spiral ham, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans and rolls

 

Friday – Catfish and fried shrimp, French fries, buttered carrots and hush puppies
